Share your personal referral link via email or social media. Each Ezra patient is issued a unique link that tracks attribution automatically.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral is recorded when the person you refer is new to Ezra and a licensed physician completes their medical evaluation for an eligible treatment.
Which treatments are eligible?
At this time, eligible referrals are limited to patients approved for Weight Loss by Ezra. The list of eligible programs is subject to change.
How can I view the status of my referrals?
Sign-ups linked to your referral are listed in the "My Referrals" section of your portal.
When and how is the reward issued?
Rewards are approved manually following successful medical evaluation completion. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation. The $50 credit is applied to your Ezra account and available toward a future order.
My referral did not use my unique link. Can the referral still be credited?
Referral attribution is captured at the moment of sign-up and cannot be applied retroactively. If you believe the referral was missed for a technical reason, please contact our support team through your portal.
