Referral Program Terms of Service

• You and the person you refer will each earn a referral bonus if the person you refer signs up with Nomad using your unique share URL and a tenant is placed in their property.
• In order to earn a referral the person you refer must be brand new to Nomad when they sign up using your unique share URL, which means the referral (1) has not previously been referred to Nomad by someone else, (2) has not already requested or spoken with the Nomad team, (3) signs up with Nomad for a property that is not already associated with an owner who has spoken with the Nomad team about the same property.
• Referrals will be paid out within 30 days of a tenant being placed.
• You can earn multiple referral bonuses for every landlord you refer who signs up with Nomad; however, you can only earn one referral bonus per referred landlord even if that landlord signs up more than one property with Nomad.
• We will only count referrals on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our system. Your referral must sign up for Nomad using your unique share URL. We will not credit a referral if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code and it was not tracked by our system.
• Self-referrals are not allowed. Cheating will get you permanently banned from our referral program.
• We reserve the right to disqualify rewards earned through fraudulent, illegal, or abusive methods.
• You may not use our referral program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of service for our referral program at any time.
