Quorum Referral Program Terms of Service

• Self-referrals are not allowed. Cheating will get you permanently banned from our referral program.
• We reserve the right to disqualify rewards earned through fraudulent, illegal, or abusive methods.
• We will only count referrals on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our system. We will not credit a referral if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code and it was not tracked by our system.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of service for our referral program at any time.
• You may not use our referral program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• The new client must agree to at least a 12-month contract with Quorum
• The new client must sign a Quorum contract within 180 days of the referral
• The cash bonus will be paid to a referrer within 45 days of the subscription start date of an organization that purchased Quorum as a direct result of the referral
• If a referrer is unable to accept a cash incentive, the referrer/organization can opt to make a donation to their organization or choice in lieu of the $1,000 payment.
• If the referral is for a person from the same organization as yourself, they must be from a different team and not have an existing Quorum account. 
• If we are already in an active sales conversation and therefore do not reach out for a demo, these incentives will not apply.
  
  Quorum reserves the right to not conduct a demo at any time.
