• I know someone who’d love Refills and would like to refer them. How do I start?
  Getting started is easy! Simply share your unique referral link via email, social media, text message, or any platform you prefer to start the referral process.
• What is a successful referral?
  For a referral to count, the person you’ve referred must be brand new to Refills when they sign up, and they must complete a purchase.
• How do I know how many of my referrals have signed up?
  Once your referrals have signed up using your unique link, you'll see them show up in the "My Referrals" section.
• If one of my referral signs up, when and how will I receive my reward?
  We manually approve all rewards. Once yours is approved, we'll send you an email with all the details and a link to easily redeem your reward.
• My referral forgot to use my unique referral link to sign up. Is there a way I can still receive credit?
