Gipper Partner Program Terms of Service
- 1. Referral Requirements:
To qualify for a reward, the referred individual ("Friend") must: - Submit their email through the Participant’s unique referral link.
- Subscribe to a paid Gipper plan within 60 days of submitting their email.
- Complete payment for their subscription.
- 2. Rewards:
- 50% of annual contact value (first year only) for each Friend who subscribes to Gipper per Referral Requirements (paid out as an Amazon Gift Card)
- Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the Participant’s email on file within 30 days of referral qualification.
- Gipper reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
- 3. Limitations:
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
- Referrals must be first-time Gipper customers OR customers who are adding a Gipper product for the first time (ex: previously had Gipper Engage but adding Gipper Touch)
- We will only count referrals on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our system. We will not credit a referral if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code and it was not tracked by our system.
- Gipper may limit the number of rewards issued to a single Participant at its discretion.
- 4. Program Changes and Termination:
- Gipper reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
- Changes may include altering the reward amount, eligibility criteria, or timing.
- Rewards earned prior to termination will be honored according to these terms.
- 5. Fraud:
- Gipper reserves the right to withhold rewards and/or remove Participants from the Program if fraudulent activity, manipulation, or violation of these terms is suspected.
- 6. Taxes and Liability:
- Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on earned rewards.
- Gipper is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused rewards.
- The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
