Terms of Service

Eligibility

Participation limited to invited U.S. residents only. Invited participants will have received an official invitation email from 10xTravel notifying them of their ability to participate in this program.
Must maintain active My10x account throughout the program
Staff, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Aethereal employees are not eligible
Must be 18 years or older

Referral Rules

Referrals must be genuine, personal connections
Self-referrals, fake accounts, or spam referrals are strictly prohibited
Promotion to existing 10xTravel audiences is prohibited (including but not limited to: Facebook group, email lists, blog comments, podcast reviews)
Referred users must be new to My10x (not existing or former users, even if using a new email address)
P2 (Player 2) accounts are not eligible as referrals
Any referrals generated by non-approved participants, or by approved participants using a different email address than the one that received the invite email, are void and not eligible for rewards.

Prize Terms

All prizes are non-transferable
No cash alternatives except where specified
Maximum one monthly cash prize per participant
Winners responsible for all taxes and fees
Void where prohibited by law
No purchase necessary for monthly drawing
You may not use our referral program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction

Prize Fulfillment

Program Rights

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without notice
We reserve the right to disqualify participants and void rewards for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
Final determination of qualifying referrals is at our sole discretion
Email address on file must remain valid for prize notifications
