• I know someone who’d love My10x and would like to refer them. How do I start?
  To start the referral process, simply share your unique referral link via any of the included options.
• What counts as a successful referral?
  In order for a referral to count, the person you’ve referred must sign up for a new My10x account and add at least one card to their My10x Wallet within 30 days.
  
• How do I know how many of my referrals have signed up? And when I earn a referral reward?
  You can track your referral activity by clicking on the My Referrals button in this pop up window. You will also be notified by email of successful referrals and prizes earned.
  
• Who can I contact with questions about referral tracking issues/missing referrals?
  Please email [email protected] for assistance. We will look into any potential tracking issues and manually adjust referrals that may have been missed as a result, but we cannot make adjustments for situations where a friend signed up without using your referral link.
