When and how do I get paid?
You get paid by bank transfer within 72 hours after your referral hires, pays the placement fee, and their new hire officially starts work.

What counts as a successful referral?
A successful referral is one that hires through Globaltize, pays the placement fee, and has the hire officially start. If they do not hire and the hire does not start, it does not count.
