TiqAssist Referral Program Terms of Service

1. No Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself. Any attempt to do so will result in disqualification from the referral program.
2. Fraud & Abuse: We reserve the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards earned through fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
3. Tracking Requirements: Referrals must be made using your unique referral link. We only issue rewards for referrals that are automatically tracked and reported by our system. We cannot issue credit for untracked referrals, even if someone claims they used your link or referral code.
4. Changes to the Program: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
5. Legal Compliance: You may not use the referral program for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
