Terms of Service

Section 1. Program Overview

The DOPAY Referral Program enables eligible users (“Referrers”) to invite new users (“Referred Users”) to join the DOPAY Referral Program and earn rewards upon successful completion of the required qualifying activities.

 Section 2. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the DOPAY Referral Program, the Referrer and Referred User agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Must have an existing verified DOPAY account.
2. Must not be a current or former employee of WIBS PHP INC.
3. Must successfully register for the DOPAY Referral Program through the official DOPAY Referral Program Registration Form using the email address and mobile number linked to their existing DOPAY account.
4. Must successfully top ups their DOPAY fiat wallet with a minimum of Php 1,000.00 in a single top ups transaction after successful registration in the DOPAY Referral Program.
5. Must successfully complete at least one (1) trade transaction of any cryptocurrency through the DOPAY application within fourteen (14) calendar days from successful registration in the DOPAY Referral Program.

1. Must be a new user with no existing DOPAY account.
2. Must not be a current or former employee of WIBS PHP INC.
3. Must successfully register for the DOPAY Referral Program through the official DOPAY Referral Program Registration Form shared via referral link by a Referrer.
4. Must download the DOPAY application and successfully register for a DOPAY account using the email address and mobile number used in the DOPAY Referral Registration Form.
5. Must successfully top ups their DOPAY fiat wallet with a minimum of Php 1,000.00 in a single top ups transaction after successful registration in the DOPAY Referral Program.
6. Must successfully complete at least one (1) trade transaction of any cryptocurrency through the DOPAY application within fourteen (14) calendar days from successful registration in the DOPAY Referral Program.

1. A Referral Reward of Php 70.00 in ETH cryptocurrency shall be given to Referrer after completion of all requirements set forth by Sections 3 and 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
2. A Referral Reward of Php 30.00 in ETH cryptocurrency shall be given to Referred User after completion of all requirements set forth by Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
3. All Referral Rewards provided by the DOPAY Referral Program upon eligibility of Referrers and Referred Users are fixed, automatic, and not chance based.

1. The Referral Reward will be credited to the Referrer’s and the Referred User’s respective DOPAY cryptocurrency wallets within five (5) working days from the completion of eligibility activities.
2. DOPAY (WIBS PHP INC.) reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel the granting of rewards if the requirements set forth by these Terms and Conditions are not met.

A Referrer or Referred User may be disqualified from the granting of Referral Rewards under the DOPAY Referral Program, upon discretion of WIBS PHP INC., if:

1. The referral activities include fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior, including unlawful profile application, false representation of the platform, and illegally fund transactions.
2. The Referrer and/or Referred User create duplicate or multiple DOPAY accounts to earn referral rewards.
3. The referral activities include transaction or account activity that violates platform policies.
4. The Referrer and/or Referred User violate applicable rules, laws, and regulations including, but not limited to, those set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and other governing bodies.
5. The Referrer and/or Referred User violate the requirements and policies set forth by these Terms and Conditions.

1. DOPAY (WIBS PHP INC.) shall collect the personal data of Referrers and Referred Users for the purposes of operating and administering the DOPAY Referral Program in accordance with WIBS PHP INC.’s Privacy Notice and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
2. DOPAY (WIBS PHP INC.) may also deploy or engage with third-party platforms to facilitate the operations of the DOPAY Referral Program. These third parties may have access to participants’ personal data strictly for the purpose of performing services on behalf of WIBS PHP INC. In the facilitation of the DOPAY Referral Program.
3. By participating in the DOPAY Referral Program, Referrers and Referred Users consent to the processing and disclosure of their personal data to such third-party platforms, subject to the same standards of confidentiality and security observed by WIBS PHP INC. Program participants may access the Privacy Notice via the DOPAY application or the DOPAY website.

1. The DOPAY Referral Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time with or without prior notice.
2. In case of disputes, WIBS PHP INC.’s decision will be considered final. The Referrer or Referred User may file disputes through the DOPAY Help Center.
